COVID-19 UPDATE  May 15th, 2020

A new Executive Order signed Friday by Governor Whitmer has extended the "Stay at Home" order through the 28th of May!

In a meeting this week the Board of Directors decided that we would abide by the directive and continue DRIVE UP SERVICE ONLY.

We are preparing to re-open on the 1st of June with restrictions.  Please check back to our website or visit our Facebook page for an explanation of our new protocol for conducting business inside the office.

Drive up service will continue to be available: Monday 8 am til 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am til 5pm, Friday 8am til 6pm. We had suspended Saturday hours previously and will continue the suspension.  We will continue providing the same service you would be able to experience if you were in the lobby, with one exception, we cannot accept coin thru the drive up.

We will continue waiving fees for Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Phone Transfers, Phone Inquiries and Check Cashing.  We are prepared to offer loan payment extensions/Skip A Pay to help members with loans who have been impacted by COVID-19 and the effect the Executive Order may have had on your employment. Please call for more information on how we can help you ease the financial burden during this time.

You can access your accounts 24/7 with our ONLINE BANKING, PHONE TELLER or using the ATM.  If you haven't used the Online Banking or Phone Teller give us a call at            269-782-2410 and we will help get things set up for your use.

Our Team at the credit union are here to provide continued service and want to be sure your financial needs are met. We are here to answer your questions, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am til 5:30 pm.

We also want to remind you that we are here for the long haul and your money is SECURESAFE and AVAILABLE to you.

If there is anything you need please give us a call. As always our motto is: "PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE".  That's what your credit union is all about.

THANK YOU FOR BEING A MEMBER AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!!
